Tom is unique in today’s world in many ways.  For one thing, he is a lifetime resident of the Seattle area.  Except for his college years in Spokane at Gonzaga University, Tom has made his home in the small Seattle suburb of Kirkland where he grew up and then attended Seattle’s O’Dea High School.  He has two wonderful young children who are his inspiration.

Cindy entered the mortgage industry in the year 2003 as a loan officer assistant and brings with her a degree in communications from Central Washington University.  Cindy has worked in Escrow and Sold Real Estate so her  knowledge, tenacity and well rounded experience is a tremendous asset to our team.
As the team Loan Coordinator, Cindy facilitates all facets of loan processing and underwriting ensuring a smooth transaction and successful closing.  Cindy works closely in client relations building and developing relationships with customers.
